Salary: Competitive basic pay

We are a children's allied health and therapy provider based in Perth, Western Australia. Our services include occupational therapy, speech pathology, and related therapies. We are dedicated to supporting children's development and wellbeing through personalised, evidence-based care. We work closely with families, schools, and other health professionals to help every child reach their full potential. We also have an online store selling therapy and sensory products.


  • Role Overview:

  • We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing, social media & E-Commerce Specialist to join our team and take ownership of our online presence and sales channels. This role focuses on driving growth across social media, our website, and e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and results-oriented, with a passion for executing high-performing digital campaigns and enhancing online customer engagement.
    
    
    
    

    Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

    

    • Manage and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms to increase engagement, generate leads, and drive conversions.
    • Oversee website content and optimize e-commerce stores (Shopify-based) for better performance, user experience, and online sales. Ability to modify websites on Square.
    • Plan, implement, and track e-commerce marketing strategies, including promotions, product launches, and digital advertising initiatives.
    • Work closely with therapist, store staff and management to ensure campaigns align with overall business objectives and deliver strong ROI.
    • Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics, provide actionable insights, and recommend ongoing improvements to campaigns and strategies.
    • Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, e-commerce best practices, and competitor activities.
    • Create marketing materials using Canva or similar


    Qualifications & Experience: 

    • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in social media management, digital marketing, and e-commerce. Shopify experience is necessary.
    • Strong knowledge of online sales strategies, marketing automation tools, and content creation.
    • Data-driven mindset with proven ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong collaboration abilities.
    • Creative, proactive, and self-motivated, with a genuine results-oriented approach.
    • Capable of managing multiple campaigns and projects independently while consistently meeting deadlines.
