Role: Dental Virtual Assistant (Front Office & Scheduling)
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

Role Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dental Virtual Assistant to support our front office operations. This role focuses on patient communication, appointment scheduling, and ensuring a smooth administrative workflow for our dental practice. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and experienced in handling remote reception tasks in a healthcare or dental setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Reception (Remote)
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Answer inquiries, provide basic information about services, and direct concerns appropriately
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all patient interactions
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications efficiently
Appointment Setting & Scheduling
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
- Send reminders and follow-ups to reduce no-shows
- Coordinate daily schedules to optimize clinic productivity
- Accurately update patient records and appointment details in the system
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Background in finance, billing, or accounts receivable
- Experience with: Payment follow-ups & Outstanding balance collection
- Familiarity with dental or medical practice management software
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Dental Virtual Assistant, Medical VA, or similar role
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
