Role: Marketing Coordinator
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 9:00pm - 6:00am Philippine time

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator who can effectively manage work across many functional marketing areas. The ideal candidate will support our marketing initiatives across digital platforms, coordinate with the project management team, and ensure timely execution of campaigns.

Responsibilities / Job Duties

Basic Design & Branding

  • Create engaging visual content using Canva for social media, email, and website channels.

Paid Media

  • Develop and maintain paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Bing, Meta and other paid advertising platforms.

Social Media Management

  • Plan and schedule content across relevant social media platforms using Meta Business Suite or Creator Studio.

Content Writing

  • Write clear, compelling content for blogs, social posts, email campaigns, website pages, and more. Understanding of SEO applications for content writing is recommended.

WordPress Updates

  • Modify and manage content, visuals, and minor layout changes on WordPress websites.

Team Coordination

  • Liaise with project managers and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Campaign Support

  • Assist in the planning and rollout of marketing campaigns and track their performance.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-secondary experience in marketing programs.
  • Proficiency in Canva and basic design principles. 
  • Experience using Meta Business Suite or other social schedulers. 
  • Ability to create paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.
  • Strong writing skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
  • Basic SEO knowledge and ability to write optimized content.
  • Familiarity with WordPress (no coding required).
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Google Analytics or other performance tools.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Basic understanding of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira).
