We're looking for a highly organized, proactive assistant to support our Director of Business Development in executing strategic initiatives across multiple states. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, loves turning ideas into action, and enjoys working behind the scenes to make big things happen. You'll take high-level ideas and research from the Director of Business Development and turn them into actionable projects, managing tasks in ClickUp and ensuring deadlines are met. You'll be the go-to person for tracking progress, coordinating logistics, and keeping expansion efforts on course.
Key Responsibilities:
~ Translate strategic ideas and research into structured project plans Build and manage task workflows in ClickUp for multi-state expansion
~Coordinate entity formation, bank account setup, and provider applications Submit Medicaid and insurance applications, and follow up as needed
~Track progress across multiple states and report updates regularly
~Maintain organized documentation and dashboards Identify gaps or delays and proactively resolve issues
~Support other business development initiatives as assigned
Qualifications:
~Strong organizational and project management skills
~Experience with ClickUp or similar task management platforms
~Excellent communication and follow-through
~Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
~Familiarity with healthcare operations or credentialing is a plus
~Detail-oriented with a bias for action
