Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer / CAD Draftsperson to assist with the design and planning of interior commercial spaces, primarily focused on nail spas and nail salons.

The ideal candidate should have experience creating floor plans, layouts, renderings, and technical drawings for interior spaces, with a strong understanding of functionality, aesthetics, and space optimization within salon or spa environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed floor plans, layouts, and interior design concepts
• Produce 2D and 3D renderings for commercial interior spaces
• Develop technical drawings and design documentation
• Assist with space planning and furniture/equipment placement
• Collaborate on design revisions and project updates
• Ensure designs are practical, functional, and visually appealing
• Prepare presentation materials and visual concepts for clients

Requirements

• Experience in interior design, architectural drafting, or space planning
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design software
• Ability to create professional renderings and technical drawings
• Strong understanding of commercial interior layouts
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience designing nail spas, nail salons, beauty salons, or wellness spaces
• Experience with 3D visualization and rendering software
• Knowledge of salon equipment layouts and customer flow optimization
• Portfolio showcasing commercial interior design projects preferred
