We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Photo Editor to edit professional baby photography sessions. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for natural color, accurate skin tones, consistency, and subtle retouching.

A custom preset will be provided as a starting point, but the editor must carefully review and adjust each image individually to match the photographer's established editing style.

Responsibilities:

• Edit baby photography sessions using Adobe Lightroom Classic
• Apply the photographer's custom preset as the initial editing base
• Review and individually adjust every image rather than relying solely on presets
• Correct exposure, white balance, color, contrast, cropping, and other necessary settings
• Maintain natural and consistent skin tones throughout each gallery
• Ensure lighting, color, and overall appearance remain consistent across all images
• Match and maintain the photographer's established editing style
• Complete straightforward Photoshop retouching when required
• Use tools such as Liquify for minor corrections and enhancements
• Review completed galleries for consistency and quality before submission
• Follow the photographer's instructions and apply feedback accurately

Requirements:

• Strong experience using Adobe Lightroom Classic
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, including Liquify and basic retouching
• A strong eye for natural color, skin tones, and fine details
• Ability to reproduce and consistently maintain an established editing style
• Excellent attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and follow specific editing guidelines
• Experience editing newborn, baby, family, or portrait photography is preferred
