Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound collection calls to clients/customers
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and payment arrangements
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, payments, and account updates
  • Perform administrative and office support tasks
  • Handle data entry and update internal systems
  • Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations and documentation

Qualifications

  • Previous collections experience is required
  • Excellent English communication skills
