Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound collection calls to clients/customers
- Follow up on overdue accounts and payment arrangements
- Maintain accurate records of calls, payments, and account updates
- Perform administrative and office support tasks
- Handle data entry and update internal systems
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email
- Assist with day-to-day office operations and documentation
Qualifications
- Previous collections experience is required
- Excellent English communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound phone calls
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer handling skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
