A Garage Door Installation Company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls professionally

Follow up with customers regarding quotes, invoices, and service updates

Prepare and send invoices and quotations as needed

Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system (Jobber experience is a plus but, experience with similar is fine)
Manage basic social media tasks, such as posting updates on Instagram, tagging, and engaging with followers - Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries promptly and courteously
Requirements:

Previous administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred

Proficiency with CRM software (Jobber or similar)

Basic knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
