Job Description:
A Garage Door Installation Company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally

  • Follow up with customers regarding quotes, invoices, and service updates

  • Prepare and send invoices and quotations as needed

  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system (Jobber experience is a plus but, experience with similar is fine)

    Manage basic social media tasks, such as posting updates on Instagram, tagging, and engaging with followers
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries promptly and courteously

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred

  • Proficiency with CRM software (Jobber or similar)

  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
