Overview

We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to join our client's travel company. The ideal candidate has previous travel industry experience and can confidently manage travel bookings while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Book airline tickets and manage travel reservations.
• Process cash and reward points bookings.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide travel assistance.
• Prepare and send invoices.
• Manage booking changes and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate booking records.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Travel Agent is required.
• Previous travel industry experience is a must.
• Familiarity with Amadeus is an advantage.
• Experience with airline ticketing and reservations.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
