A growing Property Management Company is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative & Billing Coordinator to join our team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage billing, invoices, rent payments, and account records
  • Assist with accounts receivable and payable related to managed properties
  • Support daily property management operations
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records
  • Communicate with tenants, vendors, and internal staff in a professional manner
  • Assist with lease documentation and property reports
  • Use property management software (AppFolio preferred) to update and track information

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in *property management or real estate administration* preferred
  • Strong experience in *data entry and billing*
  •  Familiarity with *AppFolio* (A+)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
