A growing Property Management Company is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative & Billing Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage billing, invoices, rent payments, and account records
- Assist with accounts receivable and payable related to managed properties
- Support daily property management operations
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
- Communicate with tenants, vendors, and internal staff in a professional manner
- Assist with lease documentation and property reports
- Use property management software (AppFolio preferred) to update and track information
Qualifications
- Previous experience in *property management or real estate administration* preferred
- Strong experience in *data entry and billing*
- Familiarity with *AppFolio* (A+)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
