Property Management Coordinator (Part-Time, Bilingual English/Spanish)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Property Management Coordinator to assist with daily property management tasks. The role includes handling lease renewals, rent collections, maintenance requests, and tenant service tickets.
Responsibilities:

Manage lease renewals and communicate with tenants about renewal terms.

Assist with rent collections and follow up on outstanding balances.

Coordinate and track maintenance requests to ensure issues are resolved.

Manage and monitor service tickets/work orders from start to completion.

Communicate with tenants, vendors, and the internal team regarding property matters.

Keep tenant and property records organized and updated.
Requirements:

Previous Property Management experience required.

Lease renewal experience is a must.

Experience with rent collections, maintenance coordination, and service tickets.

Bilingual English and Spanish required.
-
HPD experience in NYC is a plus but not required.
