Property Management Coordinator (Part-Time, Bilingual English/Spanish)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Property Management Coordinator to assist with daily property management tasks. The role includes handling lease renewals, rent collections, maintenance requests, and tenant service tickets.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage lease renewals and communicate with tenants about renewal terms.

  • Assist with rent collections and follow up on outstanding balances.

  • Coordinate and track maintenance requests to ensure issues are resolved.

  • Manage and monitor service tickets/work orders from start to completion.

  • Communicate with tenants, vendors, and the internal team regarding property matters.

  • Keep tenant and property records organized and updated.


Requirements:

  • Previous Property Management experience required.

  • Lease renewal experience is a must.

  • Experience with rent collections, maintenance coordination, and service tickets.

  • Bilingual English and Spanish required.

  • HPD experience in NYC is a plus but not required.
