Responsibilities:

~Manage incoming and outgoing customer emails and phone calls in a professional and timely manner

~Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and scheduling needs

~Prepare and send invoices and estimates using QuickBooks

~Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, estimates, and billing

~Assist with general administrative tasks and office support

Requirements:

~Previous customer service experience (phone & email required)

~Basic QuickBooks experience (invoicing and estimating is a must)
