Portuguese-Speaking Virtual Assistant

We are hiring a Portuguese-speaking Virtual Assistant to review and ensure all product listings are correct, natural, and high-quality in Portuguese.

This role is focused only on checking and improving listings, you will NOT upload or manage marketplaces.

What You'll Do

• Review product listings written in Portuguese
• Fix grammar, wording, and phrasing to sound natural and professional
• Ensure listings are clear, accurate, and make sense for customers
• Adjust translations when needed (not just literal translation)
• Work from Google Sheets and prepared listing drafts
• Flag issues or inconsistencies for the team

How You'll Work

• You will work with a team handling:
• Listings creation
• Inventory and operations
• Uploading to marketplaces
• Your role is the final quality check before publishing

Requirements

• Fluent/native in Portuguese (Brazilian Portuguese preferred)
• Good understanding of English
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in proofreading, translation, or listings is a plus
• Able to spot unnatural or AI-translated text
