About the Role:
We are seeking three (3) dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for answering inbound calls, providing excellent customer support, and ensuring client satisfaction. Since our service operates 24/7, team members will work in rotating shifts to provide full coverage.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.

Assist customers by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.

Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively.

Document customer interactions in the system.

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times.
Requirements:

Must be bilingual (English + Spanish).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is an asset.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate customer service software.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Work Schedule:

6 days per week.
-
8-hour shifts.
-
3 team members will cover a full 24-hour rotation.
