Job Description:
A leading metal cladding company is seeking an exceptionally skilled Senior Construction Estimator with advanced proficiency in Bluebeam. This role requires deep experience in reading and interpreting architectural and construction plans, performing highly accurate takeoffs, material counts, and estimates specifically related to metal cladding systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use Bluebeam to perform detailed takeoffs and material counts from construction drawings.

• Analyze architectural and structural plans to produce accurate cost estimates for metal cladding projects.

• Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure alignment between design intent and cost planning.

• Prepare detailed bill of quantities (BOQ) and assist in procurement planning.

• Deliver highly accurate and timely estimates to support bidding and project execution.

• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and management to provide insights on cost, scope, and material needs.

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction estimating

• Expert-level proficiency in Bluebeam for takeoffs and markup.

• Strong ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and specifications.

• Highly detail-oriented with a deep understanding of building components, materials, and construction methods.

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

• Experience working with remote teams is a plus.
