A well-established bookkeeping company is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist with deep expertise in QuickBooks Desktop.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily bookkeeping tasks with a focus on accuracy and timeliness

Enter financial transactions into QuickBooks Desktop with precision

Manage and process Accounts Payable (AP) including vendor bills and payments
-
Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
-
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
-
Assist in month-end and year-end close processes
-
Collaborate with internal team members to ensure proper financial procedures are followed
*Qualifications:*

Bookkeeping experience

Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop (not QuickBooks Online)

Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail

Solid understanding of accounting principles and AP processes

Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks

Excellent communication and time-management skills
