Job Description:
A well-established bookkeeping company is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist with deep expertise in QuickBooks Desktop

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily bookkeeping tasks with a focus on accuracy and timeliness

  • Enter financial transactions into QuickBooks Desktop with precision

  • Manage and process Accounts Payable (AP) including vendor bills and payments

  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records

  • Assist in month-end and year-end close processes

  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure proper financial procedures are followed

*Qualifications:*

  • Bookkeeping experience

  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop (not QuickBooks Online)

  • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail

  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and AP processes

  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks

  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
