Job Description:

We are a fast-growing portable fridge/freezer rental company seeking a motivated and persuasive Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a perfect American accent, and a proven background in closing sales.

As the first point of contact for inbound customer calls, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing pricing information, and converting inquiries into closed rentals. This is a high-commission opportunity, with a minimal base salary during the initial first 2 months. 

Responsibilities:

~ Answer inbound calls from potential customers interested in renting portable fridges/freezers

~ Understand customer requirements and confidently explain pricing and product options

~ Build rapport and trust with callers to guide them toward closing a rental

~ Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective communication and follow-up

Requirements:

~ Fluent English speaker with a very good accent 

~ Strong sales experience, especially in phone-based or inbound role

~ Highly motivated by performance-based compensation
