Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage and maintain accurate financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks

Perform data entry for daily transactions and expenses

Handle accounts payable and ensure timely payment of invoices

Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly
-
Prepare and review balance sheets and other financial reports

Track and categorize expenses for reporting and budgeting purposes

Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

Maintain organized and audit-ready documentation of all financial activities
Requirements:

Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial role

Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online)

Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
-
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Highly organized and able to manage time effectively

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
