Job Title: Experienced Bookkeeper

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage and maintain accurate financial records for our company. 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks

  • Perform data entry for daily transactions and expenses

  • Handle accounts payable and ensure timely payment of invoices

  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly

  • Prepare and review balance sheets and other financial reports

  • Track and categorize expenses for reporting and budgeting purposes

  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

  • Maintain organized and audit-ready documentation of all financial activities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial role

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online)

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Highly organized and able to manage time effectively

  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
