Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper & Administrative Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping skills, proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks, and the ability to provide excellent customer service. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial tasks, collecting receivables, and supporting clients with professional communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping using QuickBooks.

  • Track, manage, and collect receivables in a timely manner.

  • Prepare reports and maintain spreadsheets in Excel.

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.

  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements.

  • Provide customer service support through phone calls, emails, and client inquiries.

  • Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial record-keeping.

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
