Job Description:
A growing cleaning company is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Coordinator who is fluent in English and Spanish to support daily administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
~Perform general administrative and office support tasks.
~Monitor and track cleaners timesheets to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
~Contact cleaners who are late or missing from scheduled shifts.
~Follow up with workers to ensure required job site photos are submitted.
~Prepare and maintain end-of-day and weekly operational reports.
~Communicate with cleaners to collect missing reports, photos, or documentation.
~Coordinate and place cleaning supply orders when inventory runs low.
~Assist with preparing and sending service proposals for potential clients.
Requirements:
~Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
`~Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.
~Strong communication and follow-up skills..
~Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic office software.
