Job Description:

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with strong office estimating experience and handling accounts payable  to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review accurate project cost estimates based on construction plans and specifications.

  • Manage accounts payable, including reviewing, processing, and paying bills on time.

  • Provide professional and timely customer service, including responding to calls, emails, and inquiries.

  • Maintain organized project documentation and financial records.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office estimating.

  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable and basic bookkeeping

  • Proficiency and Experience with Plan Swift experience is a mandatory
