Responsibilities:

Prepare and review accurate project cost estimates based on construction plans and specifications.

Manage accounts payable, including reviewing, processing, and paying bills on time.

Provide professional and timely customer service, including responding to calls, emails, and inquiries.

Maintain organized project documentation and financial records.
Requirements:

Proven experience in office estimating.

Strong knowledge of accounts payable and basic bookkeeping

Proficiency and Experience with Plan Swift experience is a mandatory
