We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our home care agency as an Elder Care Coordinator. This role combines administrative, recruitment, and customer service responsibilities to ensure that our elderly clients receive the highest level of care.
Responsibilities:
⦁ Recruit elderly clients for home care services
⦁ Interview, screen, and hire potential caregivers/aides
⦁ Run background checks and collect necessary employment documents
⦁ Maintain client and employee records accurately
⦁ Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and address any concerns
⦁ Perform general office tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing
Qualifications:
⦁ Strong administrative and organizational skills
⦁ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
⦁ Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently
⦁ Sales or client recruitment experience is a plus
