Salary: cir R35,000 per month (Approx. £1,500 GBP) + Commission (to be discussed)

About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a hybrid role combining lead generation, consultative client engagement and deal closing. You'll be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities, building strong relationships and partnering with internal teams to source world-class talent. A quality-over-quantity mindset is key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage and develop new client relationships within the Technology and Renewable Energy markets.
- Source, engage, and collaborate with internal teams to present top-tier talent.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure.
- Conduct in-depth, consultative conversations to fully understand client hiring needs.

Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in business development or recruitment within Technology, Renewable Energy, or related sectors.
- Strong lead generation and closing ability, with a highly consultative approach.
- Experience working alongside delivery/recruitment teams.
- Agile, adaptable, and thrives in a remote-first environment.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client management skills.
