Duties & Responsibilities

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
Expand UK Client Base
Proactively research, prospect, and engage UK-based companies to identify potential leads for remote staffing solutions.

Initiate contact with key decision-makers to introduce Recruits4U and open the door for further discussions with our business development team.

Qualify leads based on company needs, hiring plans, and alignment with Recruits4Us services.

Demonstrate Value of Remote Staffing Solutions
Effectively communicate the advantages of hiring remote talent from South Africa, including cost efficiency, strong work ethic, high English proficiency, and cultural compatibility with UK businesses.

Share key case studies, stats, and resources to spark interest and build trust.

Drive Lead Generation & Pipeline Growth
Consistently generate high-quality leads and book qualified discovery calls for the senior team.

Use a mix of outbound channels (email, LinkedIn, calls, etc.) to drive engagement and build a healthy pipeline.

Track and manage all outreach activities through internal systems and CRMs.

Foster Relationship-Building
Be the first friendly face of Recruits4U. Start relationships that our business development team can build on.

Listen to pain points, identify fit, and pass on warm, qualified leads ready for deeper conversations.

Develop Strategic Recruitment Awareness
Understand common hiring challenges faced by SMEs and larger UK companies.

Tailor messaging to highlight how Recruits4U solves those problems, especially through psychometric hiring and our consultative approach.

Explore New Market Opportunities
While the primary focus is the UK, keep an eye out for international interest, especially in the US market.

Help identify untapped niches or industries that would benefit from our remote staffing model.

Support Agency Growth
Contribute ideas to help refine our outreach process, messaging, and positioning.

As success grows, opportunities may open up to build and lead your own outreach team.

Ensure Operational Excellence
Keep CRM and outreach records clean, organised, and up to date.

Work professionally and with integrity, representing the Recruits4U brand with pride.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Essential Experience:

  • 1-2+ years in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in recruitment, staffing, or professional services)
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with outbound prospecting techniques (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Understanding of UK business culture and communication preferences

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Key Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong prospecting abilities and research skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Resilience and positive attitude in handling rejection
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of recruitment or staffing industry dynamics (preferred)
