Location: Remote (Based in South Africa, supporting a UK Property Rental Business)
Salary: £750- £800 per month (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
We're hiring on behalf of a fast-growing UK-based property rental business looking for a reliable, service-oriented, and organised Remote Guest Communications & Property Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in admin, hospitality, or property coordination to support a busy short-term rental operation remotely from South Africa.

What You'll Do:
You'll be the go-to person for guest-facing communication and day-to-day support across the property portfolio. Key responsibilities include:

Guest Communication & Coordination

  • Respond to guest messages via phone, email, and platforms like Airbnb or Booking.com
  • Answer general inquiries and handle check-in/check-out logistics
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues as needed

Property Listings & Maintenance Support

  • Maintain and update property listings across multiple platforms
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs by liaising with contractors and service providers
  • Track ongoing works, ensuring prompt completion and quality control

General Administration

  • Keep digital records up to date (e.g., booking logs, maintenance reports, guest feedback)
  • Support the team with day-to-day admin tasks
  • Participate in team check-ins and communicate updates proactively

What Were Looking For:

  • Previous experience in admin, property management, hospitality, or customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, and reliable
  • Comfortable using online platforms, Google Workspace, and basic Excel/Sheets
  • Able to manage your own time and work independently
  • Based in South Africa with a stable internet connection
  • Flexibility to work UK hours and attend virtual team meetings
