About the Role

Our small, high-performing team of 7 (Sales Manager, Sales Admin, Lettings Manager, Lettings Admin, and more) is focused on driving revenue through sales, lettings, and valuations. However, day-to-day coordination and admin tasks are pulling focus from these high-value activities. That's where you come in!

As the Frontline Sales & Admin Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring seamless communication, efficient diary management, and accurate admin support. This role is critical to keeping our team focused on closing deals and securing valuations.

Key Responsibilities
Frontline Communications

  • Be the first point of contact for inbound calls, triaging requests from buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords, or maintenance queries.
  • Log and assign requests to the appropriate team member or escalate urgent issues promptly.
  • Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient communication to all stakeholders.

Diary & Enquiry Management

  • Handle a high volume of CRM enquiries related to sales, lettings, valuations, and viewings.
  • Book appointments directly into team members diaries with precision and care.
  • Ensure schedules are optimised to support the teams productivity.

Admin Support

  • Perform essential admin tasks, including chasing documents, confirming appointments, and following up with leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

  • Proven Remote Working Experience: You have a reliable home setup (stable internet, quiet workspace, and appropriate tech) and a track record of working effectively from home.

  • Confident Communication: You're professional and clear on the phone, with a knack for building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • System-Savvy: You're quick to learn new software (full training on our internal CRM will be provided).
  • Mindset & Work Ethic: You're proactive, solution-oriented, and ready to make an impact. Property experience is a bonus but not essential your attitude matters most!
  • Location: You must be based in South Africa and available to work UK business hours.

Requirements

  • Must be based in South Africa.
