Location: Remote (South Africa)
Hours: 28 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Salary: cir R30,000 pro rata

Are you an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant looking for a flexible remote opportunity? An established UK-based property and mentoring business is seeking a proactive, tech-savvy EA based in South Africa to support the founders and oversee key operational functions across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team & Operations Oversight:
    • Manage and coordinate a team of virtual assistants, copywriters, video editors, funnel builders, and a bookkeeper
    • Ensure internal processes and systems are followed and optimised
    • Create, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Marketing & Sales Funnel Support:
    • Oversee social media scheduling and paid ad campaigns
    • Ensure sales funnels and landing pages function smoothly
    • Coordinate marketing campaigns and stay on top of trends
  • Client & Business Support:
    • Onboard new mentoring clients and maintain client communications
    • Track and manage key business KPIs
    • Respond to emails and follow up on leads
  • Diary & Admin:
    • Manage the founders calendar and appointments
    • Conduct general research and book property viewings
    • Follow up on property offers and queries
  • Finance & Property Management:
    • Oversee financial processes with the bookkeeper
    • Compare property costs against budgets
    • Handle utilities, insurance, and general property administration
    • Arrange and track property maintenance tasks

Ideal Candidate:

  • Based in South Africa with excellent English communication skills
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Operations Coordinator (ideally in property or coaching/mentoring industries)
  • Confident managing remote teams and workflows
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales funnel tools (ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Highly organised, tech-savvy, and results-driven
  • Comfortable using productivity tools (Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, CRMs, etc.)
