Remote- Schedule: 4PM-12AM Beirut Time- Salary Range:$2000-3000$

Mission
We are looking for a hands-on organic content operator who owns execution around our main Head Coach (the primary on-camera face of the brand)—not a traditional social media director focused purely on high-level strategy, aesthetic feeds, or team delegation.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end organic strategy, content research, scripting, publishing, and community engagement across all primary social channels. Your core goal is to simplify fat-loss science, build brand authority, nurture followers, and direct audiences to leadership-selected funnels to drive supplement and coaching sales (specifically targeting practical fat-loss education and our 12-Week Shred Challenge for men 40+).
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Research, Scripting & Pillar Management
- Five Core Content Pillars: Research, outline, and script approximately 2 unique short-form videos per pillar weekly:
- Customer Results & Transformation Stories (obtain permission for client stories).
- 12-Week Shred Progress Updates.
- Science-Based Fat-Loss & Nutrition Explanations (fact-check and validate claims thoroughly).
- Food Comparisons, Swaps & Meal Breakdowns.
- Reactions & Green-Screen Commentary on trending diets, supplements, and training myths.
- Talent Direction & Briefing: Direct and brief the Head Coach on short-form video concepts, script talking-head videos, provide strong hook structures, and coordinate filming schedules seamlessly.
- Ad-Support Page Building: Build out authority-building Facebook pages (non-branded authority pages focused on fitness for men 30+/40+) used as Meta ad destinations, ensuring they feature engaging organic content when users click through.
2. Production, Publishing & Automation
- Weekly Production Cadence: Own the weekly production pipeline of 10 unique short-form videos (scripting, coordinating filming with the Head Coach, working with our video editor, and managing revisions).
- Cross-Posting & Publishing: Cross-post all content to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Snapchat. Write high-converting captions, build story sequences with DM/link CTAs, and coordinate ManyChat automation to convert views into leads and sales.
- Hands-On Execution: Step in to edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) or design basic graphics directly when necessary to maintain momentum and speed to market.
3. Community Management & Growth
- Audience Engagement: Handle routine community management—respond to comments, engage with followers, answer questions, and build brand loyalty across all active channels.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Weekly KPI Tracking: Deliver clear weekly reports tracking impressions, follower growth, top-performing content, publishing consistency, funnel clicks, ManyChat contacts, and audience geography (ensuring strong alignment with target locations).
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze performance data to continuously refine hooks, topics, and content strategies to drive higher conversion rates.
Qualifications
Key Requirements:
- Proven Short-Form Experience: Demonstrated track record of scaling e-commerce, digital coaching, or creator-led social media accounts using short-form organic video (candidate must show clear before-and-after views, reach, and follower metrics).
- Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of fitness, weight loss, nutrition, and wellness content. Ability to accurately simplify complex science and research claims before publication.
- Direct Response & E-Commerce Background: Experience leveraging organic content, story sequences, and DM automation (ManyChat) to drive clicks, leads, and sales for DTC consumer products or digital coaching.
- Content Production Skills: Hands-on ability in short-form video editing, basic graphic design, and persuasive copywriting.
- Technical Equipment: A fast, high-performance laptop capable of handling video editing/design software and a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
Strongly Preferred:
- Experience creating content for US or Western English-speaking consumer audiences (US, Canada, UK, Australia).
- Prior experience in DTC e-commerce, supplements, fitness, health, or personal-brand/coaching spaces.
- Fast, organized, self-directed operator who takes increasing ownership over time based on leadership's strategic direction.
Skills & Competencies
- Hands-On Operator: Highly self-directed and execution-focused; able to write scripts, brief talent, edit, publish, and analyze metrics independently without requiring a large team beneath them.
- Multichannel Mastery: Deep understanding of channel-specific best practices, algorithms, hook structures, and feature updates for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Snapchat.
- Fact-Checking & Research Skills: Meticulous approach to verifying science-backed claims and organizing client case studies ethically.
- Data & Conversion Driven: Sharp analytical capability to link organic engagement with lead capture, ManyChat workflows, and sales conversions
