In this role, you will provide guidance, manage travel-related requests, and help ensure clients feel informed and supported before, during, and after their trips.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide virtual support to clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Assist with travel bookings, itinerary updates, cancellations, and special requests
- Share clear information regarding destinations, travel requirements, and internal processes
- Track upcoming travel and proactively communicate with clients when necessary
- Address questions or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain a positive client experience
