The Opportunity

We are looking for a high-level "Business Goalkeeper" to support a rapidly growing UK-based agency that specializes in the trades and construction industry.

This is not a typical data-entry or admin role. You won't just be ticking boxes; you will be the engine room of the business—answering high-value enquiries, qualifying leads, and optimizing systems to ensure no sale is ever lost.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead Conversion: Answering inbound calls from UK customers enquiring about high-end landscaping and home improvement projects.
  • CRM Mastery: Managing and building out pipelines in Monday.com.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Identifying "leaks" in the sales process and suggesting automations (Zapier/Monday) to fix them.
  • Customer Success: Nurturing leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp to move them from "enquiry" to "booked survey."
  • System Integration: Supporting the team with tools like Xero and Zapier to keep the business running like a well-oiled machine.

Who You Are

  • A Natural Communicator: You have a neutral accent and the confidence to speak with UK homeowners and tradespeople.
  • A Sales Hunter: You don't just take a message; you ask the right questions to qualify a lead and push for the next step.
  • A Systems Thinker: You love Monday.com and enjoy creating workflows that save time and increase efficiency.
  • Independent: You don't wait for a "to-do" list. You see a problem and you bring a solution.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a Sales or Lead Qualification role.
  • Tech Stack: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Monday.com (Boards, Automations, Integrations).
  • Language: Flawless written and spoken English.
  • Availability: Must be able to work 9am – 5pm UK time.
  • Equipment: Reliable high-speed internet and a professional, quiet home-office setup.
