As a Bilingual Customer Success Specialist, you will be the professional face of a major banking brand, providing premium support to corporate cardholders across Europe. This is not a typical call-center environment; it is a fast-paced, sophisticated role requiring emotional intelligence, financial literacy, and a "single window" approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for European corporate cardholders, managing enquiries via phone and email with precision and speed.
  • Bilingual Bridge: Expertly translate and communicate complex financial enquiries between English and German to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Issue Ownership: Take full accountability for cardholder queries, acting as a point of escalation and liaising with back-office teams to provide first-class resolutions.
  • Knowledge Excellence: Maintain an expert-level understanding of banking products, corporate card services, and internal financial systems.
  • Data Integrity: Accurately log all client interactions in accordance with strict financial regulatory procedures and internal policies.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Language Mastery: Absolute fluency in German and English (written, spoken, and listening) is essential.
  • Industry Experience: A background in Customer Service is required, with a strong preference for candidates coming from Financial Services or Fintech.
  • Technical Proficiency: Highly comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel) and navigating complex CRM/internal database systems.
