Daily Life of a successful Business Development Specialist:

• Develops relationships with strategic partners worldwide

• Understands our client's needs in order to provide Remotis products and services (Talent Scout, Payroll solutions, People Products, and Tech Platforms)

• Constantly learns about the tech industry, being always updated with the latest news and trends

• Manages negotiation processes with clients, working cross-functionally with our internal teams

• Builds and communicates business strategies to help the company achieve its revenue goal

• Crafts attractive documents and presentations (decks, pitches, emails) that lead to strategic decisions

What you need in order to be a Business Development Specialist:

• Be a people-oriented leader

• 2+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or consultancy

• Motivation, proactivity, and confidence in order to work in a dynamic environment

• Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Strong organization, prioritization, and project management skills

• Advanced English level (C1)
