Daily Life of a successful AGM:

• Manages client's recruitment processes, from onboarding roles to making outstanding recruitment plans and closing placements

• Leads a team of talented recruiters, setting top-level targets and goals, and ensuring that the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently

• Trains its recruitment team in soft and hard skills, as well as managing their performance, and providing ongoing support and guidance alongside the Sales Manager

• Constantly learns about the tech industry, being always updated with the latest news and trends

What you need in order to be an AGM:

• Be people-oriented leader

• Start-up mentality & Entrepreneurial mindset

• Exceptional presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices

• Strong knowledge of tech terms

• Advanced English level (C1)
