PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB (SUMMARY)
To oversee management of the coastal branches. Assists in staffing, outlining project plans, setting project goals/deadlines, and evaluating performance. Ensures the safety and health of workers. Recommends corrective action when problems are detected. Accustomed to a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures of the company. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and targets. Performs a variety of tasks and a wide degree of ingenuity and latitude is expected. Leads & directs and manages the work of subordinates. Reports directly to the COO.
To ensure the efficient, economical and profitable running of the service contracts, through planning, organizing, systemizing, directing, coordinating, reporting and budgeting of the various projects.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
A minimum Qualification of NQF7 that supports an operational environment
10 years experience in a production environment
Advanced computer literacy with ERP system experience
Technical experience will be required
6 years experience in an operational managerial position
10 years experience in safety
BE or greater License
