Professional Drivers (Code B, C1 & CE)

We are looking for Drivers who don't just know the road but bring the right attitude, the right discipline, and live our ICARE Values every day. If you take pride in safe, compliant, and professional driving, then we want you on our team.

• Operate company vehicles safely and professionally - No fast and furious moments!
• Follow routes, timelines, and instructions accurately
• Provide excellent service with respect and positive conduct
• Care for the vehicle and equipment entrusted to you

Strict Compliance (No Compromise)

We run a highly compliant operation, and our standards are non-negotiable.

• No speeding, no shortcuts, no unsafe driving, no U-turns where they're not allowed! Full stop.
• All vehicles are monitored through real-time fleet tracking - driving behaviour is monitored. If you speed, we will know!
• Drivers MUST pass our Driver Assessments
• Adherence to all traffic laws and company policies is essential

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Code B, C1 or CE licence
• Grade 10 (minimum)
• Ability to read and write (we send messages .... and expect you to read them)!
• Strong knowledge of Windhoek or Coastal routes - no guessing with Google Maps!
• Must own a smartphone (for communication, not Tik Tok during work)!
• Clean driving record
• High level of discipline and professionalism
• COMPULSORY - Cover letter indicating your town of choice.
