About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist(s) with a genuine interest in improving mining and processing operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with customers, understanding on-site challenges, and translating operational insights into value-driven solutions.
With operations across Australia, South Africa, and West Africa, and rapid regional expansion underway, this position offers strong earning potential, global exposure, and clear career progression for high performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with senior decision-makers at site and corporate levels, locally and across regions.
- Conduct on-site field inspections with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Identify and define customer requirements by assessing:
- Operational bottlenecks
- Misalignment between production schedules, equipment performance, and operational expectations
- Accurately communicate customer feedback and operational data to the engineering team to support data collection and optimal product selection.
- Compose commercial proposal to customer and close deal.
- Collect and monitor product usage and performance data to ensure effective service and solution delivery.
- Actively develop and expand the sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities and accounts.
Requirement

Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- 3–5 years of practical experience in the mining industry, including experience with service contractors.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Office is advantageous but not essential.

Exposure to ERP systems is a plus.

Experience with strategic email marketing or campaign execution is desirable.
