Position Summary:
We are urgently seeking an experienced offshore HR professional to support our Human Resources team in Australia. This role will provide critical administrative and coordination support across various HR functions and the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Job posting (Seek, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Resume screening and interview scheduling
- Employment contracts, offer documentation, and reference checks
- Onboarding coordination, buddy program, and 3-month check-ins
- Managing the HR Career inbox and ATS platforms
HR Systems & Data
- Document updates (contracts, PDs, policies)
- HR tools, calculators, intranet, and shared drive maintenance
- HRIS administration (e.g., Employment Hero, ELMO)
- Reporting and data accuracy
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Supporting engagement, wellbeing, and internal culture initiatives
- Recognition programs, event coordination, and HR comms
Governance & Compliance
- Maintaining HR templates, documentation, and frameworks
- Tracking exit data, redundancy support, and offboarding
Requirements:
- Independent and highly reliable
- Able to manage competing priorities and work in a dynamic environment
- Experienced in supporting HR operations remotely
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in communicating with stakeholders
- Experience working with Australian clients is desirable
