Position Summary:

Join the Central Control Room (CCR) team supporting a major public transport network in Australia. As a Network Controller, you'll oversee the real-time performance of bus services, coordinate driver and vehicle allocations, and respond to service disruptions using AI-powered, automated systems.

This role is voice-radio based, you'll work with advanced computer systems that integrate real-time GPS, scheduling, and operations platforms. You'll operate during overnight and quiet-hour shifts (initially 7:00 PM 3:00 AM PH time) to ensure round-the-clock service continuity.

Successful candidates will be flown to Australia for initial training and onboarding, including a hands-on immersion into the physical transport network, a key opportunity to gain first-hand operational knowledge and network familiarity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor transport services in real time using AI-automated systems and dashboards.
  • Allocate buses and drivers based on rostered schedules and service requirements.
  • Identify disruptions and coordinate timely responses, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate operational logs and ensure compliance with incident protocols.
  • Interpret AI-generated reports and use data to inform quick decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Australian team and fellow Network Controllers to ensure seamless 24/7 coverage.
  • Participate in an initial onshore training program in Australia to gain critical route and network insight.
  • Respond to safety incidents and duress calls.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real-time operations, fleet dispatch, or control center roles.
  • Excellent computer literacy comfortable with dashboards, scheduling systems, and monitoring platforms.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Proven decision-making ability in time-sensitive, live operational settings.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Willing and able to work night shifts, rotating rosters, and weekends.
  • Holds a valid passport and willing to travel to Australia for onboarding.

  • Dispatchers or Fleet Coordinators from logistics, courier, or ride-hailing industries.
  • Real-Time Analysts (RTA) from BPO Workforce Management or service delivery teams.
