Job Description
We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for full-time Real Estate Acquisitions Specialists. Your job is to reach out to hot leads, build rapport with the seller, establish and nurture a relationship between our company and the seller, negotiate property value, and lock down the deal. People in this position are key players in the growth and success of our business, so we will provide the tools, training, and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best. Experience in this field is not necessary. We are looking for experienced Sales Reps and Negotiators. Any experience in real estate, especially in sales and acquisitions will obviously be looked upon favorably. Extensive training is provided as this is a very high ticket, high-performance sales position.
Compensation:
Base Salary (Depends on Experience) + Commissions
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on all leads and requests for information in a timely manner.
- Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and nurture the seller/company relationship to get the deal signed.
- Monitor the sales process and document follow-up by tracking interaction details in the CRM.
- Assess Maximum Allowable Offers using comparables, such as property value and condition; through research, outreach, data, and market trends.
- Accurately document the sales process, and provide management with market research reports, partnership models, and any documentation relevant to your duties and KPIs.
Qualifications

- Organizational and Time-Management skills
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Public Relations, or Negotiation Roles
- Basic understanding and/or willingness to learn and adapt to the U.S. Real Estate Market
- Degree in Sales, Business Admin or Real Estate is a plus
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
- Familiarity and experience with American Culture is a big plus
- Type A personalities excel in this position
