The Role
Working closely with Financial Advisers, you'll provide full administrative support across a range of financial planning activities. This is a busy and varied role where no two days are the same.
Key duties will include:

Preparing client meeting packs and supporting documentation

Liaising with providers and platforms to obtain information and process business

Managing adviser diaries and coordinating appointments

Maintaining accurate and compliant client records

Handling client and provider queries in a professional and timely manner

Supporting the day-to-day running of the office
About You
-
Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or in a similar financial services support role

Experience using Intelligent Office (IO)

Confident dealing with providers and investment platforms

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset

Able to prioritise workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment
