Salary: USD $57,898 – $86,846
Work Type: Remote (with GCC/UAE operational coordination) You can be based anywhere in the UAE to do this role.

About the Role
A major international organisation within the automotive and advanced manufacturing sector is seeking a Senior Administration Manager to support its UAE/GCC operations. This is a strategic role for a skilled administrator who can independently manage cross‑border administrative frameworks, coordinate with regional stakeholders and ensure smooth daily operations across international teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an administrative management system aligned with UAE regulations, workplace practices and compliance requirements.
- Oversee operational support including office coordination, logistics, assets, documentation and vendor relationships (handled remotely).
- Liaise with local government authorities, external partners, service providers and internal teams on administrative and compliance matters.
- Organise virtual and on‑site meetings, cross‑cultural communication activities and internal engagement initiatives.
- Manage official document control, filing systems and administrative processes for UAE/Gulf operations.
- Support emergency planning, risk management and continuity procedures.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree or higher (Administration, Business, Public Relations or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of comprehensive administrative experience, including 2+ years supporting UAE/GCC operations.
- Experience with multinational companies or industries such as automotive, manufacturing, engineering or international trade is an advantage.
- Proven experience implementing administrative systems and handling government or partner-facing tasks.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of UAE administrative procedures, local regulations and business culture.
- Excellent coordination, resource management, and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Proficient in office software and administrative management tools.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English; Arabic is a plus.
- High level of professionalism, cultural awareness, reliability and ability to work under pressure.
Additional Details
- Employment is via an international Employer of Record (EOR).
- Candidates are responsible for managing their own visa arrangements as required by local regulations.
- Three rounds of online interviews held in early March.
- Direct reporting line to the International Marketing Director.
