RGH Global is recruiting international Staff Midwives for permanent Staff Midwife roles in Auckland.

**Key duties:**

- Deliver woman-focused care in partnership with women, families, and health teams

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate maternity care plans

- Provide education on pregnancy, birth, and postnatal periods

- Ensure evidence-based practice and cultural safety

**Requirements:**

- New Zealand Registered Midwife with current APC (or eligible)

- Recent midwifery experience excluding new graduates

- Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and NZ maternity systems

- Autonomous, flexible, with strong time management and teamwork
