Regional Director – Southeast Asia
Location: Ho Chi Minh City or Tây Ninh Province, Vietnam
Salary: CN¥350,000 – CN¥450,000 per year (Approx. US$50,000 – US$65,000)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional market research and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and manage regional office teams, ensuring operational excellence.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention, focusing on major fashion brands.
- Collaborate with product development teams for customized solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with garment factories and key stakeholders.
- Oversee customer satisfaction initiatives and ensure service quality.
- Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and payment recovery.
- Conduct monthly sales performance reviews and strategic planning.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree or above.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Chinese.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in the fashion accessories industry (zippers, buttons, trims).
- Proven success in managing large accounts and leading sales teams.
- Skills: Market development, negotiation, relationship management, crisis handling, team leadership.
- Knowledge: Brand promotion, customer relationship management, market research, and garment accessory trends.
- Personal Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, professional image, and adaptability.
