Location: Ho Chi Minh City or Tây Ninh Province, Vietnam

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional market research and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and manage regional office teams, ensuring operational excellence.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention, focusing on major fashion brands.
• Collaborate with product development teams for customized solutions.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelors degree or above.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years in the fashion accessories industry (zippers, buttons, trims).
  • Proven success in managing large accounts and leading sales teams.
• Skills: Market development, negotiation, relationship management, crisis handling, team leadership.
• Knowledge: Brand promotion, customer relationship management, market research, and garment accessory trends.
• Personal Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, professional image, and adaptability.
