Position Summary:
We are recruiting a technically expert Water Mains Rehabilitation Team Leader for our client to lead the specialised on-site team for a major pipe rehabilitation project. This hands-on leadership role requires deep practical experience in all aspects of water mains repair and rehabilitation techniques, with specific knowledge of the advanced technologies to be deployed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and direct the specialised water mains rehabilitation team on site full-time.
• Oversee the operation, execution, and quality control of all pipe rehabilitation activities.
• Ensure all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the project's technical specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for the specific rehabilitation technology being used.
• Coordinate with the Site Agent and other teams to ensure integrated project execution.

Requirements:

• Recognised university degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Hong Kong.
• Minimum of 8 years of direct experience in water mains rehabilitation.
• Within the 8 years, 6 years must be hands-on site experience operating, executing, or supervising work teams in water mains rehabilitation.
• Within the 8 years, 2 years must be specific experience with the relevant rehabilitation technology to be used on this contract.
