Package: Flexible base salary + uncapped commission

The Role

This is a pure new business position within a growing provider of workplace financial wellbeing and education solutions. Demand for employer-led financial support is rising quickly, and the business is investing in expanding its corporate partnerships function.

You'll be responsible for opening doors with mid-sized and large organisations, developing senior-level relationships, and securing long-term commercial partnerships. This role is focused entirely on winning new clients — not managing existing accounts.

If you enjoy building pipeline, influencing decision-makers and closing complex B2B deals, this role offers genuine autonomy and strong financial upside.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll take ownership of new business development within the corporate channel, targeting HR, Reward and People functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving new B2B opportunities from initial outreach through to signed agreement
  • Building and maintaining a healthy outbound and inbound sales pipeline
  • Partnering with Marketing to refine target sectors, positioning and lead-generation activity
  • Leading discovery conversations with senior HR and Reward stakeholders to understand organisational needs
  • Creating tailored commercial proposals and pricing models
  • Managing the full sales cycle, including negotiation and closing
  • Attending relevant industry events and virtual forums to generate opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and revenue forecasts
  • Working closely with delivery and client success teams to ensure a smooth handover once deals close

You'll remain commercially connected to accounts you win, identifying follow-on opportunities and future growth potential.

Essential:

  • 3+ years experience in B2B new business sales
  • Experience selling into HR, Reward, People or Benefits teams
  • Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
  • Comfortable managing full, consultative sales cycles
  • Strong negotiation and closing capability
  • Confident communicating with senior decision-makers
  • Self-starting, proactive hunter mentality
  • Comfortable presenting in-person and remotely

Desirable:

  • Background in financial wellbeing, employee benefits, L&D or professional services
  • Existing relationships within HR or Reward communities
