Location: Hanoi, Vietnam
Salary: US$18,000 – US$24,000 per year + Performance Bonus (up to US$9,437 annually)

Role Overview

As Regional Manager, you will lead the Hanoi office, driving market growth and building strong relationships with major apparel brands. You will manage a dynamic team, set strategic sales targets, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities in the region
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team
• Foster relationships with major apparel brands and garment factories
• Oversee pre-sales, sales, and after-sales service delivery
• Collaborate on product development and brand customization projects
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

• Education: Bachelors degree or higher
• Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years in sales within the garment accessories industry
  • Proven success managing accounts with annual purchasing volumes of at least RMB 1 million
  • Experience leading a team of 3 or more people
• Skills:
  • Strong market development and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
