Quality Director – High-Tech Manufacturing (Apple Supply Chain Experience Required)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the quality department, ensuring compliance with global standards and zero-defect delivery.
• Drive quality improvement projects, audits, and supplier evaluations.
• Manage customer complaints and implement corrective actions (8D, SCAR closure).
• Oversee new product introduction (APQP/PPAP) and process control (SPC, FMEA, MSA).
• Build and maintain a quality culture, including budgeting and performance management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Procurement, Marketing) to resolve quality issues.

What Were Looking For

• Education: Bachelors degree or above.
• Experience:
  • 10+ years in quality management, with at least 5 years at director level.
  • Proven expertise in Apple supply chain quality systems (Apple QMS, IQC/OQC standards, NPI flow).
• Skills:
  • Fluent English (mandatory for technical conferences and audits).
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross-cultural management skills.
  • Hands-on mastery of quality modules: APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA, IATF 16949.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with high-pressure environments and global electronics supply chains.
