Electrical Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Rochester (Projects mainly in London)
Salary: Up to £90,000 including package, DOE

We're seeking an experienced Electrical Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing electrical contractor delivering commercial and industrial projects. This role offers genuine long‑term progression, with a pathway toward Commercial Manager/Director level.

The Role

• Manage financial and contractual elements of electrical installation projects
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, tenders, and monthly client applications
• Oversee procurement, subcontract packages, and commercial correspondence
• Handle variations, take‑offs, and design changes
• Ensure contractual compliance and manage risk/opportunity
• Work closely with Project Managers across London‑based projects
