Wealth Management/Client Services Administrator

Location: Wolverhampton area (in-person role)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£25k-£30k

We are seeking a Client Services Administrator to join a well-established financial services firm with over 20 years of experience delivering exceptional advice and outstanding client service. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a vibrant, fast-paced environment alongside an experienced team.

About the Role:
You will play a key role in supporting financial advisers and paraplanners, ensuring client meetings are prepared and all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and confirm client appointments, prepare meeting packs and documentation
  • Maintain accurate client records in line with compliance standards
  • Handle client queries professionally via phone and email
  • Liaise with external providers and internal teams to process requests
  • Support post-meeting actions such as fund switches and withdrawals
  • Manage workload effectively and provide cover for team members when needed

Skills & Experience:
Essential:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Strong customer service skills

Desirable:

  • Experience in wealth management or financial services
  • Knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products
  • Familiarity with FCA regulations and compliance
