About the job Seo Specialist

The SEO team in for our E-commerce client is expanding and looking for an SEO Specialist with strong skills on the content side of SEO and good knowledge of the best practices regarding technical SEO and link building.

As SEO specialist you will help to shape the content architecture and journey across our websites, perform keywords analysis, monitor performance and optimize accordingly. You will work closely with multiple teams: product, UX, onsite performance and of course, the content team.

Your day-to-day job

  • Overseeing and supporting the content strategy from SEO perspective.
  • Performing keyword analysis in the languages you master.
  • Monitoring SEO performance on website, query, and page level.
  • Investigating and exploiting content opportunities within a full funnel scope.
  • Performing search intent analysis for specific projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborating with the campaign team to optimize campaigns from a search perspective.
  • Connecting with the digital marketer in the different countries to steer optimization initiatives.
  • Guiding and collaborating with supporting agencies.

We are looking for

  • At least 4 years of experience, preferably in a corporate SEO team.
  • Proven, hands-on experience in content SEO.
  • Solid base knowledge of technical/on-page SEO, as well as link building best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • A/B test attitude and capacity to work on an iteration model.
  • Experience in working in collaboration with multiple teams.
  • Fluency in English (additional European language such as German or Dutch is appreciated).
  • Experience with SEO tooling such as SearchMetrics, Conductor, SEMrush or similar.
  • Experience with Google proprietary tools and especially Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio.
  • Burning passion about SEO and the never-ending evolutions of search engines, search behavior, and web technologies.
